Visit the official SHA registration portal.

Step 2

Select your ID type:

• Kenyan Citizen

• Foreign Resident

• Refugee

Step 3

Enter:

• ID Number

• Phone Number registered under your ID

Step 4

Verify your identity using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone.

Step 5

Create your account and complete the requested personal details.

Step 6

Add your dependants if applicable.

Step 7

Review your information and submit your registration.

Method 2: Register Using *147#

If you don't have internet access, you can register using the SHA USSD service.

1. Dial *147#.

2. Enter your Kenyan ID number.

3. Accept the terms and conditions.

4. Create a secure four-digit PIN.

5. Select your employment status.

6. Enter your civil status.

7. Answer the remaining prompts.

8. Submit your registration.
